Hi! My name is Kayla and I am from Bellingham, WA. I graduated from Whatcom Community College (2015) with an associates degree in massage sciences, certificate in massage therapy and earned my Licensed Massage Therapist accreditation. I became a massage therapist to help people, one knot at a time. I enjoy seeing people return to their new normal through therapeutic massage. I am honored to be part of my client’s journey, make lasting relationships and be a compassionate example to my children. I have four amazing children and could not imagine a better career to show my kids the importance of hard work and dedication. Hello, my name is Kenda. My passion for massage therapy started following my own personal experience of recovery following a car accident. Realizing the profound impact it had in my journey of healing, I was inspired to seek an education in the field. I studied at Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts, in Bellingham. I have studied and practiced many forms of massage therapy, kinesiology, anatomy and physiology in a variety of settings.
As a therapist, I find enormous satisfaction and gratitude for the impact my work has for my clients on their own journeys of healing and recovery. I look forward to the opportunity to extend my expertise to you.
When not treating patients, my son and I enjoy exploring, live music and art. We recently moved to the area after living in Bellingham for 15+ years.

I started chiropractic specialized insurance billing in 2015, working with over 15 clinics remotely. Joining Cornerstone Chiropractic in January 2022 has been amazing. I really enjoy getting to work one on one (and face to face!) with patients, helping them understand and explain how their insurance plans work. The clinic is a warm, welcoming environment and it’s a pleasure working for a doctor that genuinely cares about helping people get better.
I live in north Snohomish County with my husband, teen step-children and a farms worth of animals. I love being out in the fresh air, be it working in my gardens, kayaking, hiking or my truest passion riding both on and off-road motorcycles!
